Is William S Hart Park open to the public April 21-22, 2018?
Yes. William S. Hart Park is open to the public. However, there will be areas that will be blocked off for safety reasons as the Festival will be built on Friday, April 20. Patrons attending the Cowboy Festival must park at the Festival shuttle site on 13th Street and Railroad Avenue and take the complimentary shuttle to and from William S. Hart Park on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22.
Are cameras allowed at the Festival?
Video cameras, camcorders, and cameras are allowed at the Cowboy Festival.
Are firearms allowed at William S. Hart Park?
No firearms are allowed at William S. Hart Park except those used by security or contracted performers.
Can we dress in period costume or Western wear?
We love to see our Cowboy Festival patrons dress like the West!
Are Pets allowed at William S. Hart Park?
No pets are allowed at William S. Hart Park during the hours of the Festival with the exception of Guide Dogs or Service Dogs.
Can we park at William S. Hart Park?
There is NO public parking at William S. Hart Park. Shuttle buses from the shuttle site at 13th Street and Railroad Avenue are complimentary.
Where can I park/Is the shuttle site in the same location?
Parking is at our Cowboy Festival shuttle site located at 13th street and Railroad Avenue.
Does the Cowboy Festival allow for disabled or handicapped?
Yes. Our shuttle buses are ADA equipped and can accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, etc. The Cowboy Festival is outdoors and spread over a large area of the park. To see the Festival requires patrons to move about the park. We strongly recommend appropriate footwear, shade hats and/or sunscreen. There are no shuttles within the park.
Are Shuttle buses available for events outside of William S. Hart Park?
There are no shuttles available for the following events: Rancho Camulos and SENSES. All other events will have shuttle service from the shuttle site.
Are the shows in the park reserved seating?
No. All the shows are included in the price of general admission on a first come, first served basis.
Do we have to purchase tickets ahead of time?
We recommend that you purchase the ticketed performances at the Canyon Theater Guild and The MAIN early on. General Admission is free!
Are there other events outside of William S. Hart Park?
Yes. We have several great attractions at various venues on Thursday-Sunday, April 19-22, like a Santa Clarita Valley Film Tour, special performances at William S. Hart Mansion, and at Rancho Camulos Museum.
What’s included in General Admission?
General admission gets you into William S. Hart Park Event Area. There are multiple stages there to enjoy a variety of music. Also, inside there are activities for all ages, living history demonstrations, and food and gear vendors.
What is included in the VIP package?
The VIP Package includes access to the Cowboy Festival at William S. Hart Park Event Area and to the VIP cantina which provides food and drink for the duration of the Festival at William S. Hart Park.
What is included in the Friends of the Festival package?
The Friends of the Festival package includes access to the Cowboy Festival at William S. Hart Park Event Area and to the VIP cantina which provides food and drink for the duration of the Festival at William S. Hart Park, along with tickets to three of our ticketed shows at the Canyon Theater Guild. Hot Club of Cowtown, Waddie Mitchell, and Wylie and the Wild West.
