Is William S Hart Park open to the public April 16-17 2015?
Yes. The William S. Hart Park is open to the public. However, there will be areas that will be blocked off for safety reason as the festival will be being built at that time. It is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, April 18 and 19. Patrons attending the Festival must park at our shuttle site at 13th Street and Railroad Avenue and take the complimentary shuttle to and from William S Hart Park both days.
Are cameras allowed at the Festival?
Video cameras, camcorders, and cameras are allowed at the festival.
Are Pets allowed at William S Hart Park?
No Pets are allowed at William S. Hart Park during the hours of the Festival with the exception of Guide Dogs or Service Dogs.
Can we park at William S Hart Park?
There is NO public parking at William S Hart Park. Shuttle buses from the shuttle site at 13th Street & Railroad Avenue are complimentary.
Where can I park/is the shuttle site in the same location?
Parking is at our Cowboy Festival shuttle site located at 13th st. and Railroad Ave.
Does the Cowboy Festival allow for disabled or handicapped?
Yes. Our Shuttle buses are ADA equipped and can accommodate wheel chairs, mobility scooters, etc. The Festival is outdoors and spread over a large area of the park. To see the Festival requires patrons to move about the park. We strongly recommend appropriate footwear, shade hats and/or sun screen. There are no shuttles within the park.
Are Shuttle buses available for events outside of William S. Hart Park?
There are no shuttles available for the following events; Rancho Camulos, Senses, and Miles Swarthout film lecture. All other events will have shuttle service.
Are the Main Stage shows reserved seating?
No. All the shows are included in the price of general admission on a first come, first serve basis. The Logix Stage will be housed inside a tent with ongoing shows both Saturday and Sunday.
Do we have to purchase tickets ahead of time?
We recommend that you purchase the ticketed performances at the Canyon Theater Guild and Repertory East Playhouse early on. One day General Admission tickets ($10.00 adults, $7.00 Children) can be purchased the days of the Festival at the shuttle site.
Are there other events outside of William S. Hart Park?
Yes. We have several great attractions at various venues on Thursday-Sunday, April 18-21, like a Santa Clarita Valley Film Tour, special performances at William S. Hart Mansion and Heritage Park, and the Cowboy Couture and Cowboy Cabaret at the Repertory East Playhouse.
What’s included in General Admission?
General admission gets you into William S. Hart Park. There are multiple stages there to enjoy a variety of music. Also, inside there are activities for all ages, living history demonstrations, and food and gear vendors.
What is included in the VIP package?
The VIP Package includes access to the festival at William S. Hart Park and to the VIP area which provides food and drink for the duration of the festival at William S. Hart Park.
