Thank you for your interest in covering the 25th annual Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival. This year’s event takes place Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22 at William S. Hart Park Event area.
A City of Santa Clarita-issued press pass is required for media who wish to attend the Festival as a member of the media. If interested, please submit the below Press Pass Request form. All press planning to take photos at the event must also complete an online Photographic Release Form. This release must be submitted for prior approval as no passes will be issued during the Festival.

Press/Media Permit (Exhibit A)
The City of Santa Clarita requires that all Press/Media representatives that desire access to the Cowboy Festival complete this form and return to obtain press/media credentials for entrance. Due to the unique layout of the festival, including performances at private venues, a limited number of press/media credentials will be issued. All approved Press/Media organizations will be issued Press Passes, which must be presented at the Cowboy Festival Shuttle Site in order to access the event. Approved press must park at the Cowboy Festival shuttle site. All applications for press access to William S. Hart Park and private venues on Main Street (Canyon Theatre Guild and the The MAIN) must be submitted 30 days prior to the event.
