Amanda is a Tucson, Arizona–based country swing dance pro, co-owner of Country Bandits &
Steal A Dance Convention, and the 2024 Honky Tonk Partner World Champion.
Known as “Comanda in Chief” and everyone’s favorite dance mom, she’s dedicated to creating
real opportunities for dancers—from local classes to national competitions. Through Country
Bandits, Amanda teaches, competes, and instructs across the country, while hosting Steal A
Dance twice a year to bring top-tier talent and competition to Tucson.
Having returned to country swing after the pandemic, Amanda quickly became committed to
technical growth and education, training with leading names in West Coast and Country Swing.
Beyond Tucson, she teaches, MCs, and competes nationwide—always building community,
sharing her expertise, and finding the best local eats along the way.
